solutions as a Business Solution Provider.
Solutions are tailored for you, the client, and then
implemented by XFER. For
a monthly fee, XFER manages and maintains the implementation.
Customer support, down to the end user level is handled
by XFER.
The start up process is simple and very
similar to that of purchasing a system:
- A
client meeting is set to determine needs and establish an
implementation plan.
- XFER
assembles and builds the custom tailored solution to meet
the agreed upon needs.
- The
solution is installed at the customer site.
- XFER
trains all of the end users on site or via conference call
and web for remote users.
After step 4, XFER becomes an extension
of your support staff. We
support your end users directly, and maintain your system
flawlessly. Everything
from set up and training through trouble shooting, hardware
maintenance and software support are our responsibility.
As a part of our BSP service, we also provide disaster
recovery capability in the event of a catastrophic failure
(fire, flood, hurricane, etc.).
