With optional 3rd-party applications, LightningFAX processes incoming faxes into machine-readable text for automated fax routing, data entry, forms processing, and text-to-speech applications such as Cisco Unity™ Messaging’s voice email-reader.

LightningFAX Server runs on Windows NT/2000. The SendFAX client can be deployed on Windows 95 and later. Non-Windows users (Mac OS, Linux, Solaris etc.) are supported via email and the Web.
