messaging. The sophistication of the final product is
dependent upon a variety of factors. The age of the
telephone system, the type of electronic mail being used, the
connection (or lack of) to the internet, payback
considerations and telephony services available in your area
all determine the final integration process. XFER
has a variety of products and services that can work with
virtually any customer environment to achieve unified
messaging. We also work with your staff to assess the
systems that are already in place and provide products that
integrate and enhance the investment that you have already
made.
By configuring an appropriate
combination of hardware, software and services, XFER can
incorporate enhanced services into an existing
environment. A server supplied by XFER consists
of network and telephony hardware which integrates the data
and telephony networks, but maintains independence and
security. Software will be selected based upon your
specific requirements and installed on the hardware
platform. The next step of the process consists of
integrating the XFER solution into the existing
environment on both the data and voice networks.
Training and maintaining completes the process. Users
and administrators are trained on site. XFER Customer
Support is then made available to all of our clients
through our toll free support hot line, staffed live by our
highly skilled support staff from 7:30am (ET) to 6:00pm,
Monday through Friday. Off hours emergencies are handled
by on-call support specialists 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
