The Sales Cubed model consists of three
well defined steps: XPLORE, XECUTE, and XSELL. When combined,
these three steps result in a process that can be replicated
from sales person to sales person with measurable results.
During the XPLORE step, we determine the
who, what, where, why and how of your current selling model.
XPLORE provides valuable information to top management about
the entire sales process. Using the data from this step, we
work with top sales and corporate management to refine and
improve the processes that are in place. Some things will be
enhanced and others will be discarded in this phase.
The result is a set of tools that both sales people and
management can use. These tools are either implemented
manually or automated using the technology available within
the company. This step is called XECUTE and provides a proof
point for the implementation. XFER will work with management,
training departments and other stake holders to deploy and
train the sales force in the use of the tools developed.
The final step is to provide automation
for the tools. This is the XSELL stage. During this phase,
the tools that were developed are automated using software and
technology that is either already deployed in the organization
or that will be acquired by the organization. Once the XSELL
stage has been implemented and deployed to the sales force, a
cycle of continuous improvement is begun. Refinement and
target selling models can be constructed from the data
generated by each process in the selling cycle.
