If you noticed the 100 scarecrows popping up in Kellogg Park in Plymouth, don’t be alarmed… it’s simply a fun community activity we’re happy to participate in this year!
These scarecrows are part of a Plymouth County Chamber of Commerce Event, “Scarecrows in the Park,” where chamber members, non-profits, and community members are selected to create a scarecrow for the community to enjoy.
We were one of the chamber members selected this year, so keep an eye out for the scarecrow that the team at XFER puts together! Our name will be on the sign posted next to it.
If you find it, please don’t hesitate to share a picture with it on social media using #xferscarecrow2024 so we can see how much fun this event has been for the extended XFER community.
Better hurry, though… the scarecrows will only officially be up until November 2nd or so!
We also wanted to thank the Plymouth Community Chamber of Commerce for hosting such a fun event and our fellow participants for their efforts with their scarecrows—with special thanks to the Community Financial Credit Union for sponsoring this event in the first place.
